kimmyjThis Week at CYC

Good Afternoon CYC Members,

In the ever changing COVID-19 environment in which we are living, the Nova Scotia government announced yesterday, Wednesday Nov 24, new restrictions in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and across the province   https://novascotia.ca/coronavirus/

Due to the spike in HRM Covid-19 transmission and the rising health concerns of community spread, Chester Yacht Club will not hold any upcoming events for the next month.  Licensed establishments in HRM will be closed for in-person seating and we will follow this guidance.

CYC cancellation’s will include the Chester Village Christmas craft workshop on Saturday Nov 28 and our December Social evening on Saturday Dec 5.

We will miss our off-season social gatherings and will keep you updated as restrictions change.

Stay Safe and Stay Well everyone!

Sincerely on behalf of the Executive and Management of the Chester Yacht Club,
David Creighton, Commodore
