Pig Roast is the only BBQ CYC will be offering for Race Week.
The Pig Roast is ‘all-you-can-eat’ and includes: Baked potato, Sour Cream, Bacon Bits, Whole Wheat & White Rolls, Butter, Potato salad, Coleslaw, Bean Salad, Corn Relish, Salad fixin’s with tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions, croutons, mushrooms, green peppers, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower. Choice of dressings: French, Ranch, Thousand Islands or Italian.
